We’re seeking a skilled Senior Performance Tester to join our team on a high-impact Privileged Access Management (PAM) project. You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios that ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of PAM tools in enterprise environments. This is a critical role supporting the secure management of privileged accounts across infrastructure and applications, contributing directly to performance assurance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, script, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and engineers to understand performance requirements and user scenarios.
- Simulate real-world high-load scenarios involving PAM activities like account onboarding, password rotation, and session recording.
- Execute tests using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), including schedule by group, test, and goal-oriented scenarios.
- Configure and troubleshoot Load Generators and LoadRunner agents within the test environment.
- Monitor application and system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or native dashboards.
- Analyze test results, perform error diagnosis, and identify performance bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers.
- Validate key non-functional requirements such as response times, throughput, and concurrency levels.
- Prepare comprehensive test plans, reports, and dashboards for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Support automation and integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to go/no-go decisions by providing actionable performance insights.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on performance testing experience in complex or security-focused environments.
- Practical experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
- Proven experience testing APIs (REST/SOAP), databases, and session management systems.
- Working knowledge of network latency, concurrency, thread modeling, and system throughput.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
- Ability to interpret logs, traces, and metrics to identify performance issues and root causes.
- Solid communication and documentation skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

- ISTQB Advanced Level – Technical Test Analyst or Performance Testing
- CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea certification(s)
