We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families find the right mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll guide clients through the process from initial enquiry through to mortgage offer, working closely with lenders and other key partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice based on clients’ financial situations and goals.
- Handle enquiries through various channels: phone, email, video, and in-person.
- Maintain detailed and compliant client records throughout the mortgage journey.
- Recommend suitable products from a comprehensive or whole-of-market range.
- Liaise with lenders, underwriters, estate agents, and solicitors to progress cases smoothly.
- Keep up-to-date with current mortgage rates, lending criteria, and regulatory updates.
- Work proactively during both 6-day and 4-day working weeks, including Saturdays.
Requirements
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
- Experience in advising on mortgages and protection products – preferred.
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a busy case pipeline.
- Comfortable working on a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
- Proficient in using mortgage sourcing tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
