Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex technology and cybersecurity initiatives? Our leading financial services client is looking for a highly capable PM to join their Cybersecurity Operations team and drive a range of strategic and tactical change programmes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Cyber ExCo members, control owners, and Programme leadership to ensure cybersecurity change initiatives are clearly defined, well-governed, and delivered to plan. This is a key position within a high-visibility programme, reporting directly to the Head of Cybersecurity Programme Delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Project Managers, control owners, and stakeholders to define clear business outcomes and requirements, ensuring traceability throughout delivery.
- Represent the programme across governance forums, providing updates and insight to the Cyber ExCo and Steering Committee.
- Capture ExCo actions and drive timely follow-up with relevant teams.
- Support development of business cases and programme submissions.
- Monitor progress against plan, manage reporting, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Ensure effective QA processes are followed across all initiatives.
- Manage medium-sized projects across Build & Operate workstreams, including integrations, workflow automation, and product optimisation for cybersecurity controls.
- Produce full project plans, requirements documentation, and user testing plans.
- Navigate governance processes (e.g., External Hosting Committees, Data Visa).
- Develop updated operational processes to support new technology and tooling.
- Lead delivery through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Plan and manage business transition and handover to BAU teams.

- Background in technology delivery within complex organisations.
- Proven ability to define business requirements and lead testing activities.
- Experience producing business process documentation.
- Excellent planning, reporting, and organisational skills.
