Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Remote (Scotland)

Location: Remote (Scotland-based) – Quarterly meetings in Glasgow

Salary: Competitive starting salary + commission

Our client, a leading whole-of-market mortgage brokerage, is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role for a Scotland-based adviser, with quarterly travel to Glasgow for team meetings.

You’ll be advising on the full range of mortgage and protection products, supported by a highly efficient back-office team, while enjoying the flexibility of home-based working.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the full spectrum of mortgage and protection products from across the whole market
• Manage your own pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
• Deliver client meetings via phone and video conferencing
• Maintain current product and regulatory knowledge
• Work to both personal and company targets while delivering exceptional service
• Attend quarterly in-person meetings in Glasgow

Candidate Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – essential
• Previous full-market mortgage brokerage experience – essential
• Proven track record of delivering results in a remote advisory role
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident with CRM systems and digital tools
