The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Support the delivery of complex transformation initiatives across the data portfolio. Work within agile, multi-skilled teams to deliver high quality, customer centric products. Elicit and analyse business change, functional and non-functional requirements across a broad range of stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-asset IT teams to translate requirements and deliver effective reconciliation solutions. Own and produce analysis and data modelling artefacts to enable development teams to deliver working solutions. Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end user journey beyond system boundaries. Provide advanced business and technical input into requirements development. Create and enhance conceptual, logical, and physical data models in line with agreed standards. Perform metadata analysis, including entity and attribute naming, definitions, data types, and lengths. Create, maintain, and govern data models and associated artefacts.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modelling experience.
  • Strong financial services domain knowledge, ideally within Wealth Management.
  • Hands‑on experience working with Wealth Management platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos (or similar core banking/investment platforms).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and integrating client, portfolio, and transactional data.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, data mapping, and database design.
  • Deep understanding of data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) and data governance standards.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality metadata and data artefacts that are accurate, consistent, traceable, and reliable.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Self‑starter with strong ownership mindset and problem‑solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
