Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of complex transformation initiatives across the data portfolio.
- Work within agile, multi-skilled teams to deliver high quality, customer centric products.
- Elicit and analyse business change, functional and non-functional requirements across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-asset IT teams to translate requirements and deliver effective reconciliation solutions.
- Own and produce analysis and data modelling artefacts to enable development teams to deliver working solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end user journey beyond system boundaries.
- Provide advanced business and technical input into requirements development.
- Create and enhance conceptual, logical, and physical data models in line with agreed standards.
- Perform metadata analysis, including entity and attribute naming, definitions, data types, and lengths.
- Create, maintain, and govern data models and associated artefacts.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modelling experience.
- Strong financial services domain knowledge, ideally within Wealth Management.
- Hands-on experience working with Wealth Management platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos (or similar core banking/investment platforms).
- Experience working with CRM systems and integrating client, portfolio, and transactional data.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, data mapping, and database design.
- Deep understanding of data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) and data governance standards.
- Ability to maintain high-quality metadata and data artefacts that are accurate, consistent, traceable, and reliable.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
