KeyResponsibilities:

• AdministerMFTInfrastructure:Handleinstallation,upgrades,andmaintenanceoffiletransmissionsystemsandrelatedapplications.
• PartnerOnboarding&Demising:Collaborateonintegratingandretiringpartners.
• PerformanceManagement:Monitorhealth,tuneperformance,andtroubleshootsystems(L2/L3support).
• IncidentManagement:Leadresolutionofcomplexincidents,ensuringadherencetoSLAs.
• Compliance&RiskMitigation:Identifyandaddressoperational,audit,andcompliancerisks.
• CrisisResponse:Participateinservicerecovery,majorincidentreviews(MIRs),andserviceimprovementplans(SIPs).
• KnowledgeSharing:Documentprocesses,conducttraining,andmentorteammembers.
• Innovation:Promoteprocessimprovements,automation,andemergingtechnologyadoption.
• EnterpriseFocus:Deliversustainable,robust,anddisaster-resilientsolutions.

EssentialSkills&Experience:

• ProficiencyinIBMSterlingFileGateway,Connect:Direct(Unix/Windows),andrelatedtools(e.g.,SecureProxy,ExternalAuthenticationServer).
• Strongunderstandingoffiletransferprotocols(sFTP,AS2,FTPS,HTTPS)anddatasecuritypractices(SSL/TLS,SSH,PGP/GPG).
• Demonstrableexperienceinapplicationsupport,healthmonitoring,andperformancemanagement.
• Abilitytoidentifyandresolvevulnerabilitiesincollaborationwithinfrastructureteamsorvendors.
• Experiencewithservicemanagementframeworks(Change,Incident,Problem)andAgilemethodologies.
• Expertiseintroubleshooting,rootcauseanalysis(RCA),andissueprevention.
• ITliteracyacrossoperatingsystems,networking,security,RDBMS,cloudtechnologies,andscripting.
• Strongcommunication,organizational,andtimemanagementskills.
• Flexibletoworkinrotatingshiftsandprovideout-of-hourssupport.

PreferredQualifications:

• CertificationsinIBMorequivalenttechnologies.
• Experiencewithdisasterrecoveryplanningandexecution.
