We are looking for a Group AI Commercialisation Lead to join a leading financial services client on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the forefront of AI adoption, helping to translate cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities into real-world business applications that drive innovation and efficiency.

?? Contract: Initial term until end of the year, rolling thereafter

What Youll Do

As the AI Commercialisation Lead, you will:

• Act as the bridge between AI/ML technology and business impact.

• Lead a team of AI commercialisation specialists, uncovering use cases and scaling high-value AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with business units, engineers, and data scientists to deliver practical, scalable AI solutions.

• Build and manage partnerships with external providers to accelerate AI adoption.

• Ensure all solutions meet governance, compliance, and ethical AI standards.

• Drive awareness and understanding of AI across the organisation, fostering a culture of innovation.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 57 years in AI/ML solution delivery or product development, ideally in regulated industries.

• Sector Knowledge: Financial services, consulting, or technology background with a focus on transformation.

• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (generative AI, NLP, MLOps, data governance).

• Business Acumen: Ability to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned to business strategy.

• Governance Awareness: Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and model governance in a complex environment.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing skills, and a pragmatic delivery focus.
