POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Commercial & Finance Manager, the Junior Management Accountant supports the financial operations of La Bottega Collective and all its entities globally. The role covers end‑to‑end transactional finance – AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations – alongside active involvement in month‑end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and VAT and audit compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and variance analysis across all Group entities.
- Prepare and post journals, accruals, and prepayments.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Support cash flow reporting and financial performance analysis.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting for Vanity Group UK Limited and La Bottega Trading UK, ensuring accurate and timely management information.
- Assist with the financial reporting and month‑end close for Amega Lab (Sweden), including any multi‑currency considerations relevant to the Nordic operation.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE
- Process supplier invoices and bills accurately within the ERP system.
- Maintain supplier and customer accounts, including reconciliations and query resolution.
