Can you lead an established creative team and bring a commercial eye to clothing photography, video and campaign content?
Vanilla Underground is looking for a Studio Manager to lead our Creative Studio, helping us showcase licensed clothing and character-led ranges across our website, marketplaces, advertising and retail partners.
You’ll combine people management, creative direction and production planning: setting clear priorities, supporting the team, improving workflows and introducing fresh ideas that help customers discover and buy our products.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:
- Previous team management experience, including coaching, development and performance management.
- Proven experience guiding established, highly experienced team members with confidence and respect for their expertise.
- Commercial B2C clothing retail or fashion e-commerce experience.
- A strong understanding of creative production and the ability to balance quality, deadlines and business priorities.
- Experience with licensed products, marketplace content or AI-assisted creative workflows would also be useful.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the studio works and how our products are presented, with a clear focus on creativity, accuracy and commercial results.
