We are a family‑owned e‑retailer with a friendly, collaborative working environment and ambitious growth plans. Following an exciting period of expansion, we’re looking for a curious and tech‑minded Digital Workflow Analyst to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, spotting inefficiencies, and building smarter ways of working. You don’t need to be an expert already – just logical, inquisitive, and eager to learn.
You’ll work closely with our e‑commerce, operations, and sales teams to improve internal systems, automate reports, and create tools that help the business run more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal reporting tools in Google Sheets and Excel
- Automate manual workflows using tools like Google Apps Script, macros, or AI platforms
- Collaborate with different teams to improve visibility and streamline data sharing
- Use AI to speed up reporting or simplify complex tasks
- Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources (marketplaces, stock systems, marketing reports)
- Create clear documentation so others can easily use and understand new tools
- Monitor data accuracy and flag issues or opportunities for improvement
About You
- Logical, analytical, and naturally curious
- Strong with spreadsheets – comfortable with formulas like XLOOKUP, FILTER, and Pivot Tables
- Confident learning new software and tools
- Organised, detail‑focused, and proactive in solving problems
- A good communicator who can explain technical ideas clearly
- Enjoys working as part of a team and helping others work smarter
- Bonus but not essential: experience with Google Apps Script, VBA, Python, or automation tools

This role is based in Tamworth, with flexibility around working hours and patterns. We do ask that applicants are able to commute to Tamworth at least four times per week.
