Overview Are you a strategic Amazon PPC Manager ready to take ownership of a £1m+ annual ad budget? Do you thrive on data, optimisation, and driving performance at scale across international marketplaces?We\’re looking for a results-focused Amazon PPC Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our advertising strategy across Amazon marketplaces. This is a high-impact role with full autonomy to shape performance and directly influence revenue growth.About Us Vanilla Underground is an award-winning, fast-growing eCommerce retailer specialising in pop culture and licensed products. From Disney, Pokémon, Minecraft, Barbie, Sonic and Harry Potter to dozens more, we offer apparel, accessories, and homeware to a global customer base.With growing success in the UK, EU, and US, we\’re expanding our in-house performance marketing team to keep up with demand and take our Amazon Ads performance to the next level.Your Role As Amazon PPC Manager, you will:Take end-to-end ownership of our Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored DisplayBuild and manage scalable campaign structures, using bulk file operations and detailed keyword strategiesOptimise ad performance across international marketplaces (UK, EU, US), adjusting bids, placements, match types, and targeting to maximise ROASConduct ongoing keyword and competitor research to expand campaign reach and reduce cost inefficienciesImplement and maintain keyword negation and budget pacing strategies to reduce wasted spendCollaborate with internal teams to support new product launches, seasonal pushes, and brand campaignsDesign and maintain dashboards for ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, CTR and other performance KPIsFeed insights back into wider business decisions around content, pricing, and range planningMentor junior team members or freelancers and help shape the long-term paid media roadmapWhat We\’re Looking For 2–3+ years\’ experience managing high-performing Amazon PPC campaigns with £1m+ annual spendStrong command of Amazon Ads UI, bulk operations, keyword planning tools, and campaign performance logicExperience across multiple Amazon regions (UK, EU, US) and an understanding of international ad landscapesConfidence working with large datasets, exports, and dashboards to drive optimisationsA proactive, test-and-learn approach to strategy and a keen eye for campaign efficiencySolid understanding of customer journey stages, product lifecycle, and seasonal trendsStrong communication skills and the ability to align advertising with wider commercial goalsNice To Have Experience working with licensed products or gated categoriesUnderstanding of retail peaks like Q4, back-to-school, and gifting periodsFamiliarity with Amazon DSP or external traffic strategies (e.g. Google Ads to Amazon)What We Offer 20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off + additional allowance with timeCasual, creative and collaborative environmentFree on-site parkingA clear path for career growth in a fast-scaling businessJoin Us!
