A growing business in the electromechanical manufacturing sector is seeking a dynamic and ‘hands-on’ Finance Manager to lead its finance operations for one of its UK entities. This strategic role combines day to day operations with financial planning and analysis, supporting both domestic performance and international expansion. This role will be part of the SMT and will have one direct report.
Up to £52,000 dependent upon experience
- 25 days’ annual leave plus 6 bank holidays
- Profit share scheme
- Pension (5% employer / 4% employee)
- Death in service 4x salary
- CIMA study support considered
- On-site parking
- Working hours Monday to Friday 40 hours per week – 8am-5pm OR 8.30am-5.30pm
