Are you a curious, creative, and commercially savvy Qualitative Research Team Leader ready or a new challenge or a Qualitative Researcher with experience mentoring ready to take the lead? We’re working on an exciting opportunity with a dynamic, forward-thinking agency that’s redefining how insight drives creativity and strategy.

This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role, guiding a talented team and delivering impactful, behaviour-changing research for some of the UK’s most exciting brands.

The successful applicant will be part of an insight team responsible for creating, analysing and debriefing qualitative data from a range of sources, and will design and conduct valuable bespoke qualitative research which will effectively explain, predict and measure consumer behaviour in predominately retail markets, and provide planning, strategy and innovation for their brands.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering qualitative projects from brief to debrief
  • Applying behavioural frameworks to drive consumer-focused change
  • Building trusted client relationships and contributing to pitches and proposals
  • Coaching and developing a team of 4 researchers
  • Driving innovation in tools, thinking, and methodologies
  • Collaborating across creative, strategy, and digital teams

Skills and experience required

  • Extensive experience in qualitative research with an agency environment
  • Ability to evidence the ability to build strong client relationships
  • People management or mentoring experience of a small team
  • Skilled in depth interviews, facilitation, and ethnographic techniques
  • A strategic, empathetic, and commercially aware mindset
  • Experience with biometric research or cultural insight frameworks would be an advantage
