We’re working with a forward‑thinking creative business that partners with well‑known brands to bring campaigns to life on digital signage networks across the UK. They are now looking for a confident, proactive and detail‑driven individual who can take full ownership of digital content projects from concept to completion.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

About the role:
As Content Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action. From the moment a client brief lands, you’ll steer each project through production, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality. You will work closely with internal studio, scheduling, and creative teams, confidently delegating, briefing and coordinating tasks to keep everything running like clockwork.
You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, managing expectations, communicating updates clearly and ensuring they feel fully supported at every stage of their campaign.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing content creation, updates and special projects from initial brief to final on‑screen deployment
- Balancing cost, time, and quality to achieve smooth, efficient delivery
- Understanding and utilising the strengths of in‑house creative and production teams
- Attending client meetings and supporting with briefings and presentations
- Creating content schedules and liaising with the internal scheduling teams
- Managing workflow and documentation within CRM and CMS systems
About you:
- A positive attitude, a collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment
- Previous experience in a creative agency as an account or project manager
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure
- Confident communication skills across email, phone and face‑to‑face interactions
- Solid project management and self‑management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and familiarity with digital content production workflows
