The Opportunity
This role is about elevating how the agency partners with its clients, moving beyond individual projects to strategic, outcomes led relationships. As Head of Consultancy, you will define the consultancy proposition, build and lead a high performing team, and play a pivotal role in the agency’s long term growth strategy. What you will do
- Establish and lead the consultancy function, defining its vision, proposition and operating model.

What you will bring
- Extensive, proven consultancy experience advising consumer facing organisations such as FMCG, retail, hospitality, leisure or similar.
- Experience within a consultancy or marketing agency environment.
- A strong track record of shaping and launching new propositions, services or business units.
- Credibility and confidence working with senior stakeholders, including those new to consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to diagnose complex business problems using data and insight.
- Clear, compelling storytelling skills that win trust and buy in.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to integrate and elevate existing expertise.
- Experience building, leading and developing teams.
- An entrepreneurial approach and the appetite to build a consultancy business within a business.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification is highly desirable.
