We are working with a leading marketing services agency to recruit a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Manager to deliver a wide range of integrated marketing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work across creative campaigns, digital content, customer experience programmes and in-store marketing solutions. You’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, insight, production and digital, as well as acting as a key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, from brief through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Develop and maintain clear project documentation (timings, budgets, scopes, risk logs).
- Coordinate and brief internal teams across creative, digital, production and content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, providing clear and professional communication.
- Support client meetings, presentations, status updates and campaign reporting.
- Translate strategic briefs into actionable project plans.
- Monitor budgets, track performance and ensure strong commercial control.
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage external suppliers and partners where required.
- Oversee delivery across a range of outputs, including digital content, campaigns and in-store marketing materials.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and delivery efficiency.
- Proven experience in project management within a marketing, creative agency or consultancy environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and project profitability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
- Experience across areas such as digital content, customer experience, or production (e.g. print, POS, campaigns) is advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of project tools, CRM/CMS systems and Microsoft Office.
