Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5:00pm)
Hybrid working – based offices on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border Tuesday to Thursday, home working Monday and Friday (depending on business needs)
International travel required (approximately 4–6 trips per year)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and lead international marketing and communications strategies aligned to business growth objectives
- Oversee the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment to brand guidelines
- Define and track campaign performance metrics, providing insight-led reporting and continuous improvement recommendations
- Manage multi-market budgets, including allocation, forecasting and monitoring spend across multiple currencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and global stakeholders
- Contribute to new business development, including proposals, pitches and identifying growth opportunities
Required skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, ideally an Account Director within an agency environment, covering both traditional and digital channels
- Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international markets
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing significant budgets, including multi-currency environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive strategy and campaign optimisation
- Experience working across multiple media channels, including TV, digital and social, with knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, build relationships and work effectively across different cultures and markets
