As the Installation Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of the Deployment team, driving the successful delivery of POS installation projects both locally in the UK and on a global scale. Competitive salaryMonday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm with an early finish on a FridayFree parking22 days annual leave plus bank holidays – allowance increases with length of serviceDuties and responsibilities: Coordinating, administering and activating installation projects, with a focus on qualityCollaborating effectively with external suppliers, partners and internal colleaguesCreating deployment project briefs, RAMS and SOWOverseeing the daily QC compliance, reacting quickly to any obstacles and / or challengesOrganising and booking retail installations, liaising with store managers and key contactsManaging the all aspects of the reporting platformEnsuring the delivery of deployment works on site is being carried out correctlyAssessing task and resource requirements, ordering fulfilment items and creating picking listsCreating suppliers POs and handling budget managementAnalysing project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope, timelines and / or costsProducing compliance reports (internal and external)Skills and experience required: Extensive experience in a project management role within a retail design and installation businessThorough, up-to-date knowledge of the retail design sector, trends and industry developmentsSound understanding of the design and manufacturing processesSkilled at carrying a project through its critical path, reliably meeting deadlines in line with SLAsIT proficient, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and prior experience of using Team HavenSelf-motivated, with a "can-do" approach to any challenge, and a commitment to finding solutionsA positive, proactive communicator, adept at negotiationDemonstrates attention to detail and accuracyGood organisation and time-management skills
