The Savings Support Team Leader role offers the chance to lead a knowledgeable team while playing a key part in improving processes and customer outcomes.
- Up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Full time, 35 hours per week
- 27 days + bank holidays + birthday off

Duties and responsibilities
- Lead and support the Savings Support team to ensure timely and accurate handling of customer queries and transactions
- Deputise for the Savings Support Manager where required, maintaining operational continuity
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development to improve service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and financial crime procedures
- Oversee complex savings transactions, acting as a subject matter expert for the team
- Produce management information and oversee risk-based activities including audits and complaints handling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and improve processes, enhancing customer outcomes and efficiency
Required skills and experience
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team within a customer service or financial services environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks within financial services is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and develop colleagues
- Ability to manage workload priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above
