On behalf of a growing technology business in Market Harborough, we are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This is a varied and interesting role combining sales support, customer service, logistics coordination and administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping processes organised while delivering a high standard of customer service.
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

Office-based role in Market Harborough
Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing sales administration support and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a professional and responsive service
- Coordinating stock availability, spare parts requirements and order processing activities
- Managing purchase orders, expense claims and associated documentation
- Arranging shipments, booking deliveries and liaising with freight forwarders
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating service visits to meet customer requirements
- Supporting aftersales activities, resolving customer queries and assisting with ongoing account administration
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a sales coordinator, sales support, customer service administration or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving ability and a genuine interest in resolving customer queries effectively
- High level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Confident IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
