Duties and responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements and providing the most suitable hire solutions, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
- Ensuring all fleet vehicles remain compliant, supporting customers in maintaining their operator licence standards
- Liaising confidently with external service providers, building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Tracking and reporting on workshop progress, keeping customers updated on their vehicle status
- Ensuring all internal stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the hire process
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in a similar fleet‑related role
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Confident interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to great customer service
- Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, customers and suppliers
