On behalf of a well-established legal practice, we are pleased to be recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor seeking a varied caseload, a supportive environment, and genuine opportunities for development within a respected firm.

Duties and responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration.
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning.
- Administering estates, including probate applications and post-grant work.
- Managing trusts and providing advice to trustees.
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and care.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to departmental growth.
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Experience handling a broad range of private client matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- STEP membership or working towards this qualification is desirable but not essential.
