- £25,298 + monthly performance-related bonus
- Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time, shift patterns across Monday–Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 9am–5:15pm, Sunday 10am–4pm (some weekend working required)

Duties and responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and recommending suitable holiday options
- Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email and live chat
- Maximise sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, identifying buying signals and offering tailored solutions
- Proactively contact customers to promote offers, services and booking updates
- Take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve queries and enhance customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and ensure compliance with booking procedures and regulatory requirements
Required skills and experience
- Extensive previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer care
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A genuine interest in travel and good geographical knowledge
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
