Are you passionate about social media, client service, and delivering work that makes an impact? We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a key global account across performance and social channels. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll combine strong client service fundamentals with a clear understanding of how social channels work in practice.

Salary: competitive

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working.
  • Coordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator management.
  • Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track.
  • Collaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on-brand work.
  • Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned.
  • Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting.
  • Solid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channels.
  • Knowledge of performance-driven social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon.
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations.
