We're looking for an enterprising Transport Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation within the transport and logistics sector. Full-time, rotational shifts: 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the transport team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Maintain accurate transport records, databases, filing systems, and internal documentation
  • Process and update transport paperwork including delivery notes, manifests, and driver documentation
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and multiple shared inboxes, responding to enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and third-party providers regarding deliveries and collections
  • Input and maintain operational data within transport management systems, ensuring accuracy at all times
