We're delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Finance Assistant on behalf of a manufacturing organisation based in Corby. This temporary to permanent opportunity would suit someone who is looking for flexible working hours (20 – 25 hours per week). The successful candidate will be supporting day-to-day accounts administration and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Salary: £13.25 per hour

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities
- Processing and posting purchase and sales invoices
- Supporting purchase ledger and sales ledger activities
- Completion of weekly payroll
- Maintaining and updating financial records and documentation
- Assisting with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Providing general finance administration support to the wider team
- Ensuring data is entered accurately within finance systems
- Supporting the smooth running of daily finance operations
Required skills and experience
- 6 months' previous experience working within a Finance environment
- Knowledge and experience of using Sage Accounts is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident data entry and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
