We are currently working with an Independent Financial Advisory firm to assist in their recruitment for a Paraplanner. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Managing Director and will work within a small and collaborative team. You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial planning and assistance to high-net worth clients and will work closely with financial advisers to prepare detailed plans, conduct research and analyse complex financial scenarios.

- £40,000 - £55,000
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Duties and responsibilities:
- Complex suitability report writing including drawdown, tax free cash and inheritance tax advice
- Review / analyse investment portfolio / asset allocation / risk profile
- Working closely with the Managing Director for technical meeting preparation and fund analysis
- Developing and managing effective systems, processes, and procedures to continuously improve efficiency
- Technical support and assistance to Investment and mortgage administrators to ensure high accuracy
- Establish and maintain strong client relationship management
- Accurately and efficiently support the advisers to enable the achievement of targets
Skills and experience required:
- DipPFS qualified / studying / QBE
- Minimum of 3 years paraplanning experience in a similar environment
- Understanding of investments, pensions, protection planning inheritance tax from a wealth management background
- Understanding of IT systems with knowledge of Intelligent Office, Dynamic Planner and Selectapension desirable
