A well established qualitative research consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Qualitative Researcher Executive to join their growing team. Known for uncovering deep human insights and helping brands understand real people in real contexts, the organisation delivers thoughtful, rigorous research across sectors. From ethnographic studies and behavioural research to customer journey exploration, their work combines curiosity, observation, and strategic thinking to bring human stories to life. The successful candidate will support research delivery across a variety of projects and play a key role in shaping early insights that inform client strategy.

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Location: Hybrid working (4 days on site) in the Mansfield office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the planning and logistics of qualitative fieldwork, including participant recruitment and session preparation
  • Assisting with on site observation, note taking, and capturing real world behavioural insights
  • Preparing research materials, including stimulus and discussion guides
