We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly-skilled Part Time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and well-organised support to the COO and at times, the Senior Management team within a busy Leicestershire company. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished EA who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will have a proven career history of providing seamless executive-level business support within a large, international organisation, ideally within the construction or industrial sector. Please note that this is an ongoing temporary assignment, and due to the urgent requirements of the business, applicants must be available to start on or before 3rd February at the latest. * £14 – £15 per hour * 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm * Hybrid working * On-site parking Duties and responsibilities: * Carrying out effective full diary and inbox management * Arranging all travel including dealing with accommodation, itineraries etc. * Maintaining all administration support ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient * Creating and maintaining all systems and records ensuring all information is accurate and up to date * Producing professional documents that meet branding guidelines * Scheduling meetings, issuing agendas and providing minute taking support * Collating and creating monthly reports * Managing all incoming written correspondence Skills and experience required: * Extensive experience as an EA or PA, providing administrative support to more than one person at director / executive level * Previous work within a company based in the industrial or construction sectors is preferred * Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Able to effectively prepare, type and distribute professional correspondence including letters and reports * Proficient in arranging well-organised meetings, conferences and/or events * Experience of complex inbox management at executive level * Strong diary management and travel arrangement experience
