Our client, a well-established business in Market Harborough, is seeking a talented and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of residential property transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a firm that combines tradition with innovation and puts client care at the heart of everything they do. * £25,000 – £29,000 * Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break * Hybrid working pattern available * 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays + additional Christmas closure) * Generous bonus scheme * Comprehensive benefits package Duties and Responsibilities * Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity * Drafting and preparing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements * Conducting property searches and assisting with reporting, depending on experience * Submitting and managing Land Registry applications * Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and procedural requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle Required skills and experience: * Proven experience in residential conveyancing * Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties * Ability to manage transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support solicitors and fee earners to ensure seamless progression of matters
