Duties and Responsibilities- Leading the management of diverse projects including brand campaigns, photoshoots, film production, retail design, and digital experiences.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and leading project meetings.
- Contributing to the planning and scoping of projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure work is aligned with client expectations and strategic goals.
- Identifying potential challenges early and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and supporting the wider project management function.
- Extensive experience managing creative projects within a busy creative agency setting.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering campaigns for major brands.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including time and resource planning.
- A strategic mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A full, clean UK driver’s licence.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a collaborative approach to team working.
- Familiarity with project management tools and studio workflows.
- Working knowledge of software such as InDesign or PowerPoint is advantageous but not essential.
