Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimise sales strategies for online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
- Manage and optimise the company's Shopify store to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and improve sales.
- Strategise, manage, and refine paid advertising campaigns, ensuring a healthy ROAS.
- Create and execute strategies to grow online sales while managing associated costs to maintain profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance across all digital platforms.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a similar role focused on Amazon and Shopify ecommerce strategy, including demonstrated success in growing online sales and optimising platforms.
- A deep understanding of return on ad spend (ROAS) and the ability to manage and maximise advertising budgets.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing Meta or Google Ad campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance costs and profitability while generating consistent online sales growth.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of eBay optimisation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
