We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier nestled in picturesque rural surroundings. The company is known for its stunning product range, which graces the shelves of many leading retailers across the UK. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a busy Accounts Management team, supporting major customers and liaising with global suppliers. If you’re ready to build your career and work with beautiful products in a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. * £30,000 * Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm with 30 minutes\’ lunch break * Hybrid working; 2 days WFH and 3 days on-site * Employee discounts * Great range of benefits Duties and Responsibilities * Assisting Account Managers with daily customer account management, ensuring accuracy and timely execution * Preparing and following up on costings, ensuring pricing is accurate and competitive * Managing customer data platforms (SKU loading, pricing, MODs, image uploads) * Maintaining internal systems including PLM and WMS for order processing * Creating line sheets for internal and customer use; update trackers with key data such as pricing and MODs * Critical Path Management – supporting product progression and monitoring key stages to ensure deadlines are met * Coordinating packaging cutter guides and artwork approvals; managing label creation and distribution * Collaborating with the product development team on sample management and tracking * Building strong working relationships with customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration * Responding to client queries promptly and professionally, delivering a seamless experience. Required Skills and Experience * Extensive experience in a similar Account Executive or Account Support role, within a supplier or retail buying environment * Strong understanding of the product development process and critical path stages * Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively * Strong verbal and written communication skills * IT proficient; able to use MS Office and data management platforms with confidence * Demonstrates sound problem-solving and negotiation skills * Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders * Positive, proactive, and adaptable team player
