The Role
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 qualified Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, have excellent attention to detail, and provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional beauty treatments to a high standard
- Provide warm, friendly and professional customer service
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain excellent hygiene and salon standards
- Manage appointments and maintain a professional treatment environment
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings
- Work effectively as part of a friendly and professional team
About You
You will ideally have:
- Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Previous experience working as a Beauty Therapist
- A genuine passion for beauty and customer care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive and friendly personality
- High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- The confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills

Location: Grange Park, Northampton
Salary: From £13.00 to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience and level of qualifications
