What You’ll Do

• Lead the design process end-to‑end—from conceptualization to facilitating meetings and workshops—engaging with subject matter experts and sourcing valuable customer insights.
• Design and enhance our Public Website by applying a strong blend of Content Design and Product Design skills to create engaging and user-friendly experiences.
• Manage and contribute to initiatives within a specific value stream, ensuring seamless progress across the customer’s end‑to‑end lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi‑disciplinary team including Product Managers, Content Designers, Data Analysts, UX Researchers, and Scrum Teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Understand customer needs and desires, and collaborate with fellow designers to solve problems and create intuitive, effective user experiences.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a UX Product Designer within Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping user experiences.
• Strong content design skills (microcopy, conversational, product marketing, and instructional).
• Experienced in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Able to independently drive design production and lead the sign‑off process.
