An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a term time only School Administrator (Reception, School Office, WRL HR) to provide back-up to the Receptionist and provide administrative support to the school office, work related learning program, HR and front of house activities. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced, confident and proactive candidates who wish to develop their office experience. This is an important role to us, and plays a key role in supporting the Office Manager on a number of school events. Previous experience of working in a school office environment is desirable but not essential. Vyners is a very popular and oversubscribed mixed eight form entry, 11-18 comprehensive school situated in a pleasant residential area in North West London, bordering Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Salary: Starting salary NJC scale 3, scale point 5. £10,772 per annum. (FTE £30,408 per annum) Rising to a maximum of NJC scale 3, scale point 6. £10,926 per annum. (FTE £30,843 per annum) Working Days: 2 days per week, term-time only (Thursday and Friday) Working Hours: 15 hours per week. 8.00am - 4.15pm (3.45pm on Friday) (including 30 minute unpaid lunch break).
