What You’ll Do
- Control Coordination & Documentation: Lead the design, implementation, and documentation of controls across operational processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and traceability.
- Data‑Driven Oversight: Use analytics and automation to identify control gaps, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver Outcomes: Manage multiple priorities and participate in cross‑functional initiatives to meet team objectives.

- Data‑Driven Oversight: Utilise data analytics and automation to monitor control effectiveness, streamline governance processes, and support audit readiness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and outsourced providers to optimise operational workflows, automate manual processes, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Reporting & Education: Deliver clear, data‑backed reporting and represent the Oversight team in forums and meetings, sharing best practices and supporting crew education.
- Operational Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely processing across all UKPI platform products, assessing and enhancing procedures to uphold industry standards.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in special projects and contribute to broader operational and governance initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in operational processes within the retail investment platform space; audit or risk management experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of internal control theory, workflow analysis, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, with a keen eye for process and technology optimisation.
