What You'll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end product management for the mobile app experience, prioritizing features and enhancements to improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX, engineering, stakeholders) to plan, develop, and implement product changes and best practices.
- Define product strategy through market analysis, detailed requirements, implementation plans, and ongoing business planning input.
- Drive delivery excellence by resolving production and implementation issues, supporting escalations, and ensuring effective messaging and customer communication.
- Measure and optimize performance by defining KPIs and applying qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously improve the user experience.
What You Bring
- Financial Services experience required, with prior exposure to personal investing strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working on mobile and app‑based products.
- Proficient in Jira.
- Experience using Adobe tools.
