Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential. As a Senior Mobile iOS Developer, you will:

  • Help to create reliable applications for the iOS platform that makes investing simple and straightforward for customers.
  • Employ software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that supports automation.
  • Provide senior level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases.
  • Integrate third party products & participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues.
  • Participate in systems analysis activities.
  • Understand Vanguard's tools, technologies, and applications/databases, including those that interface with business area and systems.
  • Learn and align with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the team's success through excellent software development contribution. We're looking for people who are passionate about providing outstanding service for our clients, understand how to translate business requirements into world class software products.

Proven experience in iOS development, with a focus on building and shipping high-quality consumer applications. Candidates should have hands-on expertise integrating backend services (preferably using Kotlin-based BFFs), and familiarity with modern observability tools like Honeycomb, Splunk, or Sentry. The ability to deliver high-quality mobile solutions in a collaborative, agile environment is essential.

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office Tuesday-Thursday.
