Vanguard is recruiting a Legal Counsel to join the Corporate and Enterprise Legal Services unit within Europe Legal.
You will provide technical legal and regulatory advice on UK and EU regulation, supporting risk and governance across the Vanguard enterprise.
You will collaborate with Compliance, Public Policy, Risk and the business units to respond to regulatory changes and implement them in BAU operations, including complex change initiatives and international activities.
