The focus for this analyst will be supporting UKPI's strategic priorities and foundational enables (namely launching new offers and building unified data platforms), as well as our BAU activities (client segmentation for communications, dashboard updates, ad-hoc analysis requests).

\Contribute to the development of unified data platforms and reporting capabilities that improve business visibility and decision-making. \Help design and deliver scalable analytics solutions that enable long-term growth and operational excellence. \Deliver client segmentation and targeting analysis to support communications and engagement strategies. \Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting assets to ensure stakeholders have access to timely, accurate insights. \Respond to ad hoc analytical requests, uncovering trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis. \Act as a trusted analytics partner, helping stakeholders make informed business decisions.
\Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics role. \Strong data querying and manipulation skills, particularly using SQL and Python. \Experience developing dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. \Ability to break down complex business problems and translate them into practical data solutions. \Experience gathering requirements, identifying key business questions, and generating actionable insights from data. \Naturally curious mindset with a passion for finding opportunities through analysis.
