What You’ll Do
- Provide standardized, clear, and compliant communications to source-of-wealth and bereavement clients
- Maintain and update client accounts, performing administrative tasks to support efficient case management
- Resolve client inquiries within service levels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance
- Escalate cases appropriately and contribute to special projects to support team and organizational objectives
- Develop and maintain expertise in the firm’s products, services, and the financial services industry, including relevant legal, tax, and regulatory matters, to guide clients effectively
