As a User Experience Design Coordinator, Senior Associate, you will report to the Web Content Lead and play a key role in supporting Vanguard’s European digital presence. You will bring web content, UX, localisation and digital best-practice expertise to help maintain, optimise and evolve our public-facing websites across European markets. Working closely with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, UX, product owners and external partners, you will support the planning, build, QA, optimisation and ongoing development of website experiences that meet business, marketing and user needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Website content management and delivery
    • Maintain and update content across Vanguard’s European public-facing websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Manage the build and implementation of web pages, landing pages and campaign content using enterprise content management systems, incorporating imagery, video, forms and other digital content requirements.
    • Manage content-related tags, snippets and metadata to support article content, conversion tracking, lead scoring, personalisation and A/B testing initiatives.
  • UX, optimisation and quality assurance
    • Identify opportunities to improve website journeys, content presentation and user experience across European markets.
    • Complete QA checks for new and updated website content, landing pages and site enhancements, ensuring issues are identified, tracked and resolved.
    • Work with accessibility specialists and QA tools to identify and remedy content-related accessibility issues, such as missing alt text or broken links.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and project support
    • Collaborate with channel marketing, UX, digital marketing, production, editorial, product owners and external vendors to deliver website requirements for campaigns, projects and business initiatives.
    • Operate as the website subject matter expert, guiding and advising internal customers on digital best practices as appropriate.
    • Support sprint ceremonies and project delivery where content management activity forms part of larger digital initiatives.
    • Draft clear requirements for website bugs, enhancements and new features, working with product owners to support prioritisation.
  • Analytics, SEO and continuous improvement
    • Use analytics and website QA tools to generate reports, identify optimisation opportunities and support recommendations.
    • Support SEO improvements in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Stay informed about digital, UX, accessibility and content management trends, recommending relevant opportunities for improvement.
    • Explore and support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve content quality, QA processes, reporting, SEO optimisation and operational efficiency across European web content workflows.

Skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German with the ability to review, interpret and support German-language web content.
  • Strong understanding of linguistic, cultural and market-specific considerations when managing content across European websites.
  • Interest in AI, automation and emerging digital tools, with a willingness to explore how they can improve web content quality, efficiency and user experience.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and experience using popular enterprise level content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
