Core Responsibilities 1.
Supports the Trade Management activities for all Vanguard products to ensure operational objectives are met.
Analyzes and delivers insights to inform and enhance investment management decisions. 2.
Consults and advises key stakeholders, acts as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues.
Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations. 3.
Serves as an escalation contact for the Trade Management team.
Creates, builds, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly a third-party provider. 4.
Proactively anticipates portfolio events and leads process enhancement initiatives. 5.
Engages and collaborates with internal partners to provide holistic support.
Continually develops product support skills and strengthens insight through increased service experience. 6.
Oversees internal event tracking, performs incident analysis, and incorporates finding into process improvements.
Evaluates and enhances workflows. 7.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum of three years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
