Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and impact assessment of investment proposition and product structure changes, mapping business, platform, and propositional impacts.
- Coordinate end-to-end business impact mapping across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support the Investment Lead and Lead Investment Analyst in defining business requirements, developing propositional proposals, and delivering investment product changes.
- Maintain and evolve the investment product roadmap, ensuring prioritisation, scalability, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure all investment changes have robust regulatory, commercial, and operational impact assessments with clear documentation and traceability.
- Act as a central liaison across business, product, and stakeholders, owning investment change playbooks and optimising change processes for efficiency and scale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategy, corporate planning, or competitive intelligence roles.
- Expertise in business strategy, product and portfolio strategy, and proposition development.
- Skilled in market, competitive, and business intelligence analysis.
- Proficient in investment and financial modelling, including M&A evaluation.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.
- Background in financial services, asset/investment management.
