What You'll Do:
- Deliver precise, timely gold-copy investment data for domains like client attributes, assets, and securities, upholding efficiency, integrity, and regulatory controls/standards.
- Run daily and periodic reports, quality queries, and data feeds; diagnose issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve/escalate exceptions with suppliers/partners to hit SLAs and compliance targets.
- Handle high-pressure deadlines and competing demands by analysing diverse inputs, executing complex tasks, and safeguarding enterprise-wide system controls and data distribution.
- Spot process enhancements, propose and deploy efficiency solutions, and perform root cause analysis for immediate and sustainable resolutions to data discrepancies.
- Foster networks in Data Management and across the enterprise; share insights, collaborate proactively, and manage third-party vendor contracts for reliable data feeds.
- Contribute to projects via testing, monitoring, and workflow development; build in-depth knowledge of funds/securities to design test cases and reports ensuring data precision.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial data operations or investment data management.
- Deep expertise in fund data, operational processes, and the complete fund lifecycle.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python and cloud solutions (AWS).
- Strong expertise in data quality assurance, root cause analysis, data feed monitoring, and investment product knowledge (e.g., via Bloomberg, Morningstar).
- Proven skills in control/audit compliance and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
- German language skills (highly desirable).
- Bachelor's degree (BEng/BTech) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Finance, or Economics; Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science.
