Overview
You will develop and manage a portfolio of partnerships to create value for Vanguard and partner clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape partner offers and implement them in arrangements with current or prospective partners. As a subject matter expert, you’ll leverage knowledge of Vanguard funds, products and services to strengthen relationships and drive results. This hybrid, London-based role emphasizes collaboration, execution, and measurable partnership health.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client coverage and enablement teams to create a portfolio of partnerships delivering mutual value
- Work with enablement teams to define partner offer features across Vanguard's service spectrum
- Partner with client coverage to deploy offers into partner arrangements
- Facilitate cross-team connections to close gaps in processes or services for partners
- Act as SME in discussions with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Utilize knowledge of Vanguard funds, products and services to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships
- Monitor health of the partnership portfolio using internal and external metrics
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Three years of client-facing, proposition development and/or strategy experience in financial services
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
