Overview
As Adviser Content Creator, you will shape the Vanguard 365 content experience for UK and Europe, delivering insightful, compliant content across formats and channels. You’ll design end-to-end content journeys with Channel Marketing, ARC and external partners, ensuring relevance for financial advisers and intermediaries. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, aligning content with brand and house-style while driving measurable engagement. This role offers the opportunity to influence adviser learning journeys and content strategy across Vanguard 365 and related experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design the V365 content experience with Channel Marketing, ARC and external agencies to create cohesive adviser journeys
- Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats and channels
- Ensure content is accurate, compliant, credible and aligned with brand/house-style
- Think end-to-end about the content lifecycle: ideation, creation, distribution, reuse and evolution
- Collaborate with local markets to address regional adviser needs and support rollout in Europe
- Promote V365 content to adviser audiences in collaboration with marketing teams
Key requirements
- First-hand experience creating multi-media content
- Proven ability to define, shape and oversee high-quality content across multiple formats and channels
- Excellent editorial skills with ability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining technical accuracy
