b Overview /b p As a CRM Analyst at Vanguard in Europe, you will translate CRM data into actionable insights that guide engagement and decision-making. You’ll work with sales, marketing and regional teams to improve data quality, adoption, and reporting, delivering practical CRM improvements and AI-enabled use cases. You’ll lead discussions, shape processes, and collaborate with product and tech partners to scale CRM capabilities across Europe. This role offers visibility into client interactions, data governance, and business impact in a global wealth management context. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Act as a trusted CRM contact for Distribution, Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations, Technology and regional teams /li li Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience and increase CRM adoption /li li Support requirements, UAT, releases, change adoption and CRM enhancements including case management and Copilot use cases /li li Translate CRM data into actionable insights for marketing, sales, distribution, leadership and client-facing teams /li li Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and views for client engagement, pipeline, activity trends, cases and outcomes /li li Refine CRM signals and alerts to help prioritise engagement opportunities /li li Analyze user behaviour and process performance to find opportunities for improvement and adoption /li li Review data integrity, ownership and mapping across accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, cases and relationships /li li Identify data duplicates/missing/inconsistent data and define improvement actions with regional teams /li li Strengthen data quality by closing gaps and enriching records with internal/external data /li li Monitor adoption and data-quality metrics and share risks and recommendations /li li Support data governance, internal data standards and regulatory requirements /li li Review end-to-end CRM processes, design future-state processes, and ensure data quality and governance /li li Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps and CRM improvements with the CRM Product Team and tech partners /li li Support distribution and marketing CRM data requests across Europe for consistent data usage /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven experience in CRM, business analysis, client analytics or related roles /li li Experience with advanced CRM systems, sales/service/client-engagement platforms; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly beneficial /li li Ability to quickly learn CRM functionality and work with product/tech teams /li li Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate needs into improvements /li li Experience developing reporting, dashboards, client insight and data-quality improvement approaches /li li Confident leading calls/workshops and driving clear decisions and actions /li li Experience with AI-enabled sales/service/productivity capabilities (e.g., Copilot) is beneficial /li li Experience in asset management/wealth management or financial services is desirable but not mandatory /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Problem solving /li li Strong communication /li li Microsoft Dynamics 365 /li li Microsoft Copilot (AI-enabled use cases) /li li Data quality and governance /li /ul
